Dry Fasting: Why I Love It & Why You Might Too :) [video]


Fasting is a powerful tool for clearing the density of body and mind. Dry fasting might sound extreme, but it too has been used by cultures around the world for ages as a method for quickly releasing us from material bonds and resetting our…. well, everything.

If you have dismissed dry fasting as too extreme, I’m here to challenge that assumption! 

This is the first video in a series, that will go on to explore:

  • Preparing for the fast

  • During the fast

  • Breaking the fast

  • Timing with the menstrual cycle

  • Taking care of the microbiome 

  • Dry fasting in indigenous traditions

  • My 5.5 day experience

To be clear, I do not recommend dry fasting for everyone. 

It is something to work up to. And it requires true motivation and commitment. But it’s also not as hard as it sounds!
