Balances the Elements

The five elements—earth, water, fire, wind and space—represent archetypes of energy and action. Each element describes a group of qualities and tendencies of action. Like all phenomena, our bodies and our emotions are composed of the five elements. When the elements are balanced, our physical systems are functioning well, and our emotions are calm. These practices balance the energies of the five elements.

Opens Blockages

Blocks create dis-ease. To optimize our wellbeing, we need everything to flow smoothly and unobstructed. Blocks can occur at all dimensions—physical, energetic and mental. Actually, they are all related. Tibetan movement practices target blocks in the subtle body channels and release them, thereby harmonizing the flow of blood, oxygen, vital essences, energy and consciousness.

Cultivates a Clear Mind

These practices are part of a deep spiritual path. The goal is not only physical wellbeing, but also the cultivation of a calm, clear mind. The clear light state of mind is pure awareness. Unblocked by limited beliefs and distracting thoughts, it recognizes its interconnected and has access to innate wisdom. With a clear mind, our entire life is elevated.
