Lu Jong level 2 expands the openness that was created in Lu Jong 1.
The 15 movements in this second level are more challenging, inviting us to further develop and refine the physical and subtle body. Lu Jong 2 has a greater focus on connective tissue—tendons and ligaments—as well as developing our balance and flexibility.
As with all these Tantrayana practices, Lu Jong 2 is an effective method for cultivating radiant health, as well as for developing our psycho-energetic-spiritual dimensions.
In this workshop, participants will:
Learn the 15 movements of Lu Jong Level 2
Understand the steps required for each movement, thereby being able to adapt the movement to fit one’s current ability and to grow into the more challenging movements.
Receive three options for utilizing the breath in the practice. This enables us to truly experience how the breath deepens the benefits of the movements.
