Tog Chod is a dynamic method to overcome fear and expectation and to build the courage and confidence to live our lives to their full potential. It is especially beneficial for anyone with habitual limiting thought patterns, addictions, lack of confidence, or difficulty living in the present moment. Participants will learn:
- The fluid movements of Tog Chod Form 1
- The Four Transformational Thoughts
- A Tsa Lung breath practice to boost and harmonize inner energy
- Some of the rich philosophy of this Tibetan practice
